Important Note: International participants should pay with dollars and local participants with Turkish Lira.
VAT (18%) is not included to the fees in the list.
For each registration, a participant can submit a maximum of three papers (2 Oral Presentation + 1 Poster Presentation), if you want to additional papers at $50 (international participant) or 500 TL (local participants).
Invited speakers can be submit maximum three papers. (2 Oral Presentations + 1 Poster Presentation)
Each publication must be presented at the conference, in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
Both full delegate and student delegate registration fees include: Conference bag, Conference programme booklet, Book of abstracts (in USB), Coffee breaks, Lunch for all days, Welcoming cocktail, Gala dinner, Promotional materials, Attendance to all technical sessions , Attendance to exhibition.
Non-presenter (Listener/Attendee): Conference bag, Conference programme booklet, Book of abstracts (in USB), Coffee breaks, Lunch for all days, Promotional materials, Attendance to all technical sessions, Attendance to exhibition.
